Location: Bulbasaur Island, West Viridian Forest( must go towards indigo plateau, head north at first path and use rock smash to enter area). Strategy: Just use Charmander, or other strong Fire pokes. You can use Growlithe too. Roar+ 2 fire move and Bulbasaur will be defeated.. Loot: Seed's 1-20, Bulb, Bag of Polem, Leaves (semi-rare), Meadow Plate (very rare)
